Overview

When choosing an Internet Service Provider (ISP) the most important factor is of course the Network. It is the setup, performance and availability of the network that is the true strength of an ISP. The network controls how quickly and safely your information moves, not matter how far it has to travel around the globe through the Internet.

It is also very important to keep in mind that all Internet networks are NOT equal. When you compare, you will find that Infocom’s network has been rigorously engineered to deliver unparalleled performance and reliability.

For dial-up connectivity we cover the entire country with single access numbers and at local call rates through the respective Telecom providers (049-5100 UTL and 078-217100 MTN). We support delivery speeds for the Industry standard V90 (56kbps) and ISDN (64kbps and 128kbps).

Our state-of-the-art backbone connects via our own private satellite earth stations to our major upstream providers in Europe with a 450Mbps fiber-optic interconnect in to the global Internet.

In addition, our network operation center with a team of highly skilled IT engineers is monitoring and managing the network with the help of sophisticated network management tools, to prevent or rapidly fix any problems. We constantly commit new investments to provide and upgrade high quality monitoring services capable of supporting mission-critical data communications application of our clients.
